Weapon: A large broad sword with a serrated blade.

Special Moves:

Temple Smash (Havoc slams his fists hard against the sides of his opponent's head, pushing their brain against their skull.)

Earth Quake (Like Jax's Ground Smash, Havoc slams the ground with both his fists. The earth cracks, and sends his opponent off balance, where Havoc moves in for a deadly combo.)

Flip Smash (Havoc flips forward, and wraps his legs around his opponent's neck. As he falls, he pulls his opponent with him, slamming their face against the ground.)

Weapon Special Move:

Slash (Drawing his sword, Havoc slashes his foe from the shoulder down to their side with the tip of the blade of his sword. Then, he runs past his opponent, tearing the flesh of their side with the serrated end of his sword.)

Fatalities:

Quake (Havoc crouches and slams the earth with his fists. A crack opens up in the earth, and spreads thward his opponent, growing larger as is does. By the time it reaches his foe, it is large enough that they fall inside the earth.)

Head Crush (Havoc slams his fists against the side of his foe's head, ripping his fists into their crainum and smashing their brain.)

Weapon Fatality:

Throat Slash (Drawing his sword, Havoc takes the tip of his the blade in his hand and holds it horizantally. Then, he slashes across his opponent's throat, against the serrades.)

Story: Havoc was once a promient member of the Lin Kuei, as the baby brohter of Chaos, Oniro's advisor and most trusted personal assassins. He was promoted to the leader's bodyguard shortly before Chaos was killed. Depite the evil in both their hearts, Chaos and Havoc were very close, and when Chaos was murdered, Havoc was devistated. But, he stayed with the clan. Eventually, however, Chaos was brought back from the dead, and he immeditaly contacted his brother to inform him he was alive and what had actually happened to him. Now enraged, Havoc journyed to the United States, where Chaos was, and helped him form the Chaos Committee (TCC). He now helps lead this army next to his brother. Violent and blood-thristy, Havoc enjoys the "art" of killing, and can be very creative with it. His personality can best be described as a cross between Sigma and Vertigo.
