Weapon: Ice Lance

Special Moves:

Freeze: Like Sub-Zero's.

Frost: The whole arena is covered in ice making it very slippery.

Ice Ball: A large spicked ice ball comes out of his stomach and flies at the opponent.

Weapon Special Move:

Slash: Frost's arm forms into an ice lance, and he slashes his opponent across the stomach.

Fatalities:

When hell freezes over: The whole screen is frozen, then Frost thaws, walks over to opponents frozen body, and brakes it in two.

Story: Frost is and was a complete mystery. When he first entered the scene, which was around Chaos's demise, he seemed to be rather good. Then when Chaos was brought back he dissapeared again. All of the sudden, now during the battle between the TCC and the Rebellion, a cyber has appeared looking and claming to be Frost. Frost is in command of all activities involving other clans and the Rebellion, basically he is a diplomat. But, that doesn't mean he can't fight, and he's proved
